For the most part I am a pretty quiet and reserved person, more of a listener then a talker and will go out of my way to avoid trouble but if I have to I can hold my own pretty well. Many say I am to honest, well that could be true because I am tired of all the bullshit that goes on and donít really want to have anything with that in my life anymore.
In 2001 I started my first web site Warren's Singapore which was just a 5 page site and over the years it grew and includes a GUEST BOOK that covered the 11years I lived in Singapore.
Now that I am making the move to the Subic Bay I wanted to start a site on the Olongapo & Subic Bay areas to share with everyone what I learn and discover here.
My first time to Subic Bay was in 1979 while I was in the Navy Seabee and on route to an island in the Indian Ocean. A young man of 19 years old I had no clue nor could I believe the stories I heard about the Philippines until I arrived.
The last time I was here was in 1991 and left a week before Mt Pinatubo blew up. It took me 19 years to return but my heart was always in Subic Bay and I know one day I too would return!
I did 24 years in the Navy then retired and moved to Singapore where I explored the country and all it had to offer in the way of clubbing. With few friends to party with, most of my party adventures were done on my own, which is pretty normal for me. I love to hang out, meet new people and enjoy the good times.
Here in Subic, where I have been returning every 6 month (July and January) since January 2010 to enjoy the fresh air, relaxing days and making more friends to party with which I have met every trip. Everyone has been really helpful and laid back which is great. I spend most of time at my second home Midnight Rambler bar.
As I have made many more trips over the years and now live in Subic Bay. So I have been in many of the bar in the area now and am slowly meeting the managers around town. Like most other places I have lived many of the friends I made have been locals. So it seems that I will be able to fit in just about anywhere and around anyone with little trouble.
